By using the Cloppa website or app ("Cloppa", "the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Cloppa is a deal-discovery service. We bring together sale items from a range of clothing brands and retailers into one feed, so you can browse them in one place. Cloppa is not a retailer. When you tap "View Deal", you leave Cloppa and complete your purchase directly on the retailer's own website, under their own terms, prices, and policies.
Cloppa participates in affiliate marketing programmes, including via the Awin network. This means that when you click a "View Deal" link and make a purchase on a retailer's site, Cloppa may earn a commission from that retailer, at no extra cost to you. This commission is how we keep Cloppa free to use. Our listings reflect this relationship, and we aim to only show genuine, accurately priced deals, but we encourage you to verify price and availability on the retailer's site before purchasing.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity that happens under your account. Let us know straight away if you think your account has been compromised.
Please don't misuse Cloppa, for example by attempting to interfere with the Service, scrape it at scale, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Prices, stock levels, and deals shown on Cloppa are sourced from retailers and can change at any time. We do our best to keep listings accurate and up to date, but we can't guarantee that every price or offer shown on Cloppa is still available once you reach the retailer's site. Any purchase you make is a transaction between you and the retailer. Cloppa is not a party to it and isn't responsible for the retailer's products, service, shipping, returns, or customer support.
Cloppa is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cloppa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service or your dealings with any retailer linked from it.
We may update or discontinue parts of the Service, and may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continuing to use Cloppa after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for anyone who breaches these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
